Loria is proud to offer her signature flower pressed shortbread cookie made gluten free! As the originator of the Flower Pressed Shortbread Cookie, these are Loria's signature cookies. Each cookie is uniquely designed with handpicked edible flowers and herbs pressed into vanilla shortbread. Flowers are sourced from Loria's organic garden and/or local farmers markets in California.
Cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks. Cookies are 2.5" in diameter and about 1/3" in height.
INGREDIENTS: white + brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, butter, eggs, cane sugar, salt, vanilla, and organically grown edible flowers + herbs.
