"Bread" is not really even the right word for this loaf- it's packed full of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, gluten-free oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium seeds, olive oil, cinnamon, raisins, and maple syrup - all organic, gluten-free, vegan and delicious.
The loaf is very dense (in a good way) and can easily cut about 15 slices. Each loaf is baked fresh for Friday shipments and wrapped in parchment slips (see photo).
Loria recommends toasting or frying the bread in butter, ghee, or olive oil before serving. This loaf can easily be frozen and enjoyed for months. Please see our freezing and defrosting recommendations below.
As with all of our baked goods, we suggest choosing overnight, 2 or 3 day delivery to prevent spoilage. We do not use any preservatives and cannot provide refunds for baked goods that arrive spoiled due to the customer choosing ground shipping.
Freezing + Defrosting: If you aren't planning on devouring right away, we recommend slicing this bread in about 1/2" slices, wrapping with saran wrap or parchment paper and then in an airtight glass container or air tight freezer bag. To defrost, let sit in your fridge overnight or on countertop for a couple hours. If you want to toast right away, you can put frozen bread slices directly into a toaster oven or preheated oven. Toast for about 10 minutes or until warmed and toasted through.
