The hibiscus cookies are slightly tart from hibiscus flowers and there are chunks of real dried hibiscus flowers mixed into the dough. The vanilla shortbread is well, everyone's favorite. Each cookie is uniquely designed with handpicked edible flowers and herbs pressed into shortbread dough. Flowers are sourced from Lori's organic garden in Los Angeles and/or local farmers markets in California.
